I am having issues with 3 'newly' created account on Office 365 with Outlook 2013. Office 365 Accounts • All 3 accounts are new • All 3 had not have any emails imported • All accounts on the same domain etc etc Outlook 2013 • Running in Windows 7/8 with EXCHANGE mode (not IMAP or POP) • It syncs initially, then does not send or sync anything (ie. Hi, Thank you for your reply, and I will reply in point form as its easier: • New profiles over again on my Windows 8 PC - still the same • Removed profile and created with a new name with the same result • Tried in VM Win 7 x64 - still the same I have linked my iPhone to the account and that syncs without issues all Emails, Contacts, Calendars and Tasks. I have created the Exchange Profile in 'Auto' mode via Outlook although have not done it manually because I cannot find my server details on the new interface, can you please advise how I can find those details? Hi, Thanks for your feedback. Just like you said, you might want to manualy set up these accounts in Outlook and verify result.
Outlook 2016/2019 profile cannot be created with Outlook profile helper tool or Single Sign-On tool. Outlook 2016/2019 doesn't support manual setup for Exchange accounts. Outlook 2016/2019 does not support Exchange 2007 mailboxes.
To configure Outlook connect with Office manually, we first need to determine your mailbox server name and proxy server URL. However, this is beyond the range of my knowledge and out of scope of this forum. I would suggest you to seek anwsers in, where we have another dedicated support team can help you with this.

• Have Webmail open • Open Outlook - Outlook then Syncs • Move something in Webmail within first minute of opening - replicates • Move something in Outlook within minute of last activity - replicates online • Do anything normally expected and it will replicate in both directions as long as you maintain some activity • Let Outlook idle for say 2 minutes, Outlook then stops sync Not sure if the above will help, but will give further update once I can find the server details for manual configuration. This is very frustrating, I cannot seem to get the Exchange Server as the 'About' is no longer available, and I cannot get the Exchange GUID via Powershell: I have found that my mailbox seems to be linked to: pod51057.outlook.com Tried a manual to that name and get an infinite Username/Password loop - dead end.
